Welcome to our website. PCA Management Limited allows you to access its website www.mycricketmvp.com and all content on certain terms and conditions specified below. By accessing or subscribing to any part of this site, you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by the terms and conditions below:

1. These terms and conditions were updated on 1 May 2009, and PCA Management Limited reserves all rights in their absolute discretion to change, modify or alter these terms and conditions at any time. Subscribers will be notified by email to the address used when they subscribed or any updated email address they have provided to PCA Management Limited. If you do not agree to the new terms and conditions you should not use the mycricketmvp.com website. Paid subscribers will be refunded the unexpired portions of their subscriptions on a pro rata basis if they send us an email within 72 hours of changes made in the terms and conditions.

2. The references in these terms and conditions to ‘the PCA', ‘My Cricket MVP' (or "we", "us" or "our") refer to the owner of the website, PCA Management Ltd. The term ‘you' refers to the user or viewer of our website.

3. www.mycricketmvp.com may run competitions, promotions and surveys on all its websites. These may be subject to additional terms and conditions that will be specified at the time they are run.

4) Access to www.mycricketmvp.com  
All graphics, text, still pictures, graphs, voice or video made available on this site, including content available on our email newsletter, is hereinafter referred to as the "Content". The Content belongs to the PCA or is licensed to us. The PCA or its licensors own all intellectual property rights including copyright and database rights in the content. Reproduction is prohibited other than in accordance with the copyright notice, which forms part of these terms and conditions.

Any redistribution or reproduction of part or all of the contents in any form is prohibited other than the following:

You may not, except with our express written permission, distribute or commercially exploit the content. Nor may you transmit it or store it in any other website or other form of electronic retrieval system.

You may not use the PCA site for any unlawful purpose. Unauthorised use of this website may give rise to a claim for damages and/or be a criminal offence.

You may not use our content to be the official determinant of any competition in which a prize with a value in excess of £200.00 is available to the winner without our express written authority.

  • must not in any way imply that the PCA is endorsing it or its products or services;
  • must not misrepresent its relationship with the PCA or present false information about the PCA;
  • must not be a site or service that infringes any intellectual property or other right of any person or that otherwise does not comply with all relevant laws and regulations;
  • must not be a site or service that contains content that could be construed as distasteful or offensive to public morality and ethics.

The PCA expressly reserves the right to require that any link in breach of these terms and conditions be removed and to take whatever other action it deems appropriate.

6) Privacy policy and registration
All information received by us from your use of the My Cricket MVP site will be used by the PCA in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

On registration, you must provide the PCA with accurate, complete registration information and it is your responsibility to update and maintain changes to that information on the applicable PCA site registration pages. This is particularly important if you subscribe to the paid services of the PCA.

You are responsible for all use of the My Cricket MVP site made by you or anyone else using your ID and for preventing unauthorised use of your ID. If you believe there has been any breach of security such as the disclosure, theft or unauthorised use of your ID or any payment information, you must notify the PCA immediately by e-mailing mycricketmvp@thepca.co.uk. We recommend that you do not select an obvious user password (such as your name) and that you change it regularly.

7) No Warranties and Guarantees
Neither we nor any third parties provide any warranty or guarantee as to the accuracy, timeliness, performance, completeness or suitability of the information and materials found or offered on this website for any particular purpose. You acknowledge that such information and materials may contain inaccuracies or errors and we expressly exclude liability for any such inaccuracies or errors to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Neither do we provide any warranty that the My Cricket MVP site is free from infection by viruses or anything else that has contaminating or destructive properties.

Your use of any information or materials on this website is entirely at your own risk, for which we shall not be liable. It shall be your own responsibility to ensure that any products, services or information available through this website meet your specific requirements. Your use of this website and any dispute arising out of such use of the website is subject to the laws of England and Wales.

8) Waiver of Liability and Your Remedies
Without admission of any liability, we shall use reasonable endeavours to promptly remedy any faults in the My Cricket MVP site of which we are made or become aware.

You agree that your only remedy (including for negligence) for any loss or other damages that you incur arising out of your use of the My Cricket MVP site (to the extent that the PCA's liability is not excluded by these terms and conditions and clauses 7 and 8 particularly) is as follows:

  • If you have subscribed to receive any paid for services, your remedy is limited to the direct damages you actually incur arising out of your use of the My Cricket MVP site subject to a limit equal to the annual fee paid by you to the PCA pursuant to these terms and conditions during the year in which the damage is incurred. You may at your option receive paid services to the equivalent value of this limit in place of monetary damages.
  • If a court of competent jurisdiction determines that any of the above limits on our liability are unenforceable, then you agree that, in any event, our total liability to you shall not exceed damages greater than the value of the relevant annual subscription fee for users of the site.

9) Other Information
Without limiting the above, the PCA is not liable for matters beyond its reasonable control. The PCA does not control telephones, third party communications networks (including your Internet Service Provider) or the Internet or the acts of third parties, so cannot be responsible for any loss arising from the failure of any of the above services inasmuch as they affect access to or the performance of the website.

10) Third Party Sites and Services
The My Cricket MVP site may contain links to other Internet websites or online and mobile services provided by independent third parties ("Third Party Sites"), either directly or through frames. The PCA is not responsible for the availability or content of Third Party Sites and will not be a party to, or in any way responsible for, any transaction concerning goods or services available from such Third Party Sites. We make no warranty as to suitability or fitness for purpose or performance of any Third Party Site. If you purchase products or services from a Third Party Site your contract for such products and/or services will be with the third party and not with the PCA. Our Privacy Policy does not apply to Third Party Sites.

The My Cricket MVP site may contain advertising and sponsorship. Advertisers and sponsors are responsible for ensuring that material submitted for inclusion on our site complies with international and national law. The PCA will not be responsible for any error or inaccuracy in advertising or sponsorship material.

11) Paid Services
Payments to the PCA are facilitated through www.rbsworldpay.com. Any payments made through mycricketmvp.com must meet the terms and conditions indicated by WorldPay.com.

(a) General
The My Cricket MVP site has a paid for subscription service (click here for details). By subscribing to receive this service, as well as the above terms and conditions, you are also agreeing to the following terms:

  • You agree to pay any subscription fees at the rates in effect when the charges are incurred.
  • You must provide us with complete and accurate payment information. You can pay by either credit or debit card through our internet payment gateway. By submitting credit or debit card payment details to the PCA you warrant that you are entitled to purchase the subscription services using those payment details. In the case of unauthorised payments, the PCA reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the online services. If we do not receive payment authorisation or any authorisation is subsequently cancelled, we may immediately terminate or suspend your access to any paid-for services.

The PCA will try to process your subscription promptly but does not guarantee that the paid services will be available to you by any specified time. A contract with you for receipt of the paid services will come into effect when the PCA sends you an email message confirming your subscription details.

The PCA will charge you in UK Sterling (GBP) and any payment in any other currency will be calculated at the relevant rates of exchange. You may also have to pay any applicable local taxes. The PCA will not entertain any dispute about the rate at which your currency is converted into UK Sterling since these transactions are determined through the agreements WorldPay, our payment gateway partners, has with banks and credit card companies.

The PCA reserves the right to refuse a request for subscription for any reason entirely at our discretion.

(b) Cancellation of subscription
The PCA operate a 14-day cancellation period. You may cancel your subscription at any point within 14 days of subscribing. You will receive a full refund of monies paid to the PCA. Any cancellation will be effective only when the PCA receives notice of it.

13. Changes to Terms and Conditions
